This is made with "Cinnamon Chips" A lot like Chocolate chips but, they're cinnamon.

Ingredients For soft, cinnamon oatmeal craisen cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1 c
    packed, brown sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    french vanilla creamer/ subbed for vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda or sub with sprite
  • 1 c
    craisens (ocean spray dried cranberries)
  • 1 1/2 c
    cinnamon morsels
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 tsp
    salt/ optional

How To Make soft, cinnamon oatmeal craisen cookies

    In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats, Craisens & Cinnamon morsels. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour.

    Remove from fridge and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Scoop one tablespoon of mixture at a time.. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
