Ingredients For chocolate treasure easter cookies

  • 2 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 14 oz
    can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine ,melted
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar,optional
  • 1 bag
    candy coated egg shaped chocolate ( easter peanut m & m's or other)

How To Make chocolate treasure easter cookies

    Preheat oven to 350^. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, sweetened condensed milk,butter, egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.

    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; mixing well. Let batter sit for about 10 minutes before you drop by rounded spoonfuls (into powdered sugar and roll until coated(this is optional), place 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place desired amount of colorful candies on top of each cookie, press in slightly.

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are slightly crusted- do not over-bake. Cool on wire rack or paper bags. Cool...I think you and your family will like these...not real sweet.
