Ingredients

  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    yellow cake mix dry
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 box
    jello instant vanilla pudding small box
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    rainbow sprinkles

How to Make Birthday Cake Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add box of pudding and 3/4 cup of cake mix. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and beat until well blended. Mix in sprinkles.
  5. Scoop into 1 inch balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
