I bought everything I used in this recipe from the dollar store, hence the name. I wanted to show people that even though you may be budgeting, you can still create yummy treats!

  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag
    semi sweet morsels
  • 4
    mr. goodbars
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make dollar store fudge

  • 1
For this recipe, I used the Dollar store brand items, with the exception of the candy bars. Feel free to use any kind of brand :)
  • 2
Place pot on stove top. Heat on lo to medium lo heat. Do not use high. You will burn it.
  • 3
Pour entire bag of semi sweet morsels into pot along with vanilla and salt and condensed milk. Break up the candy bars and add those too.
  • 4
While that is melting, get a 9×9 dish out and line it with foil. Spray Pam on it to prevent sticking.
  • 5
Stir chocolate mix until everything is melted. Be sure to scrap the bottom so it doesn't burn.
  • 6
When everything is evenly mixed, pour it into your dish and set it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Cut into squares or any shape you like.
