Love of pistachios kind of runs in my family. I think it's a little bit ironic that my mom, my brother, and I all don't like chocolate, but we could probably eat a whole gallon of pistachio ice cream each. Bubba on the other hand, loves chocolate, so he has more of a thing for regular muddy buddies. But when he suggested that we make pistachio ones, I was sold. These are super easy to make and taste absolutely delish!

rice chex cereal
1/4 c
butter, melted
1/2 c
sweetened condensed milk
1 c
white chocolate chips
1 box
{3/4 oz} pistachio pudding mix
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Pistachio Pudding Muddy Buddies


  • 1Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
  • 2In a small saucepan, combine butter, sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, just until the chocolate chips have melted.
  • 3Add pudding mix and mix just until fully incorporated.
  • 4Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  • 5Pour over cereal and mix until all the cereal is coated.
  • 6Toss gently with powdered sugar.
  • 7Pour out on wax paper and let cool.
