Love of pistachios kind of runs in my family. I think it's a little bit ironic that my mom, my brother, and I all don't like chocolate, but we could probably eat a whole gallon of pistachio ice cream each. Bubba on the other hand, loves chocolate, so he has more of a thing for regular muddy buddies. But when he suggested that we make pistachio ones, I was sold. These are super easy to make and taste absolutely delish!

rice chex cereal
1/4 c

butter, melted
1/2 c

sweetened condensed milk
1 c

white chocolate chips
1 box

{3/4 oz} pistachio pudding mix
1/2 tsp

pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 c

powdered sugar

How To Make pistachio pudding muddy buddies

Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.

In a small saucepan, combine butter, sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, just until the chocolate chips have melted.

Add pudding mix and mix just until fully incorporated.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Pour over cereal and mix until all the cereal is coated.

Toss gently with powdered sugar.

Pour out on wax paper and let cool.
