  • 1 1/2 c
    white syrup
  • 1/8
    teaspoon salt
  • 1 c
    peanuts, raw
  • 1
    teaspoon vanilla
  • 1
    teaspoon butter
  • 1
    teaspoon baking soda

How to Make 2Di4 Microwave Peanut Brittle


  1. Put the sugar in a glass bowl, add the syrup, STIR, add the salt, STIR, add peanuts, STIR, microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Take out and STIR, microwave again for 3 minutes. Great time to butter a cookie sheet for later.
  3. Take out and add the vanilla and butter, STIR, microwave 1 minute.
  4. Take out and sprinkle the soda gently and quickly and then pour onto a buttered cookie sheet.
  5. Allow to cool or if you can't wait, put in the fridge to harden and cool. Break apart and enjoy!
