My daughter Rachel loves to bake, she got this recipe and it is our traditional birthday cake. Super easy and quick to bake and loved by all! Moist and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    chocolate cake mix (duncan hines or betty crocker)
  • 1 small
    instant chocolate pudding
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c
    kahlua
  • 1 small
    bag of chocolate chips

How to Make Rachel's Kahlua Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all together in a bowl.
  2. Grease Bundt pan very well. Pour batter in and bake at 350* for one hour.
  3. Place on cooling rack for 10 minutes and then place platter on top of pan and flip.
  4. Serve with ice cream or raspberries mashed into a sauce with 1 tbsp. of sugar.
