this cake is soo delicious . i have been making it for years . everybody at my house love it . the frosting is the best part , not all , all sugar like most of them. very light , not too sweet and just delicious . i have also made cupcakes out of the same recipe . big success! everybody loved them.

Ingredients For pistacchio cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    club soda
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 box
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 box
    instant pistacchio pudding
  • FROSTING FOR CAKE
  • 1 box
    dream whip
  • 1 c
    cold milk
  • 1 box
    instant pistacchio pudding .

How To Make pistacchio cake

    in mixer put a box of white cake mix, 4 eggs , club soda and oil , also add puddings .mix well on med speed .

    spread cake mix in prepared sprayed with cooking spray baking dish 9x13.

    bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. let it cool completely.

    prepare frosting in mixer put 2 envelopes of dream whip and cold milk. put mixer on high until it peaks . then add pistacchio pudding

    mix well until combined

    spread prepared frosting over cake and put in fridge for at least couple of hours enjoy . delicious!!!!!
