I always made fun of fondant, how it looked, tasted, it just didn't look good. Until my beautiful daughter turned one and I had to have a Cinderella party and of course, every little princess needs a pillow cake with a glass slipper on top. The problem was, the pillow cake would not look as nice without fondant. So I googled and found a home made fondant recipe that was easy and half way tasteful. I gave it a shot, and it turned out beautiful.
