Bacon, Beer and Potato Chip Cookie Bars

Raven Higheagle

These Bacon, Beer and Potato Chip Cookie Bars are one crazy pan of bars, full of sweet and salty flair and all your favorite munchie-food guilty pleasures!
They are perfect for Father’s Day, aren’t they?! I mean what dad wouldn’t love to have a few of his favorite foods baked into a chocolate chip cookie? Mine would!
I actually wanted to call this recipe “Man Bars.” When I told the Bubba that they were man bars, he said the only thing they were missing was motor oil.
