    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

    pumpkin, canned (not pie filling)

  • 1 1/2 c

How To Make white chocolate pumpkin spice cookies

  • Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
