Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 10 oz
    semi sweet chocolate and orange colored morsels
  • 4 oz
    heath english toffee bits

How to Make Trunk or Treat Halloween Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt together. In another bowl, beat softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar on med. speed till light and fluffy. TIP: If your butter is too cold, place in mirco for 24-45 seconds. Add egg and vanilla beat till well blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in morsels and Heath bits. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 375° for 9-11 minutes or till lightly brown.
