Ingredients For snickerdoodle cookies

2 3/4 cflour plus 2 tablespoons

2 tspcream of tarter

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 cbutter softened

3/4 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

2large eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

3 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make snickerdoodle cookies

1In medium bowl whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

2Using mixer cream butter and sugars. Using spoon stir in eggs one at a time until incorporated. Stir in vanilla extract. Add flour mixture in 3 parts stirring to combine between each part.

3Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Using cookie scoop or spoon shape dough into balls. Roll dough balls in sugar mixture. Place on parchment covered baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets for 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove to cookie cooling racks.
