  Put eggs in bowl and whisk until well mixed. Add the oil and mix.

  Add the cake mix and stir until thoroughly combined. Then add the pecans or almonds if desired.

  Pre-heat the oven to 350 and preparing your cookie sheets. I line my cookie sheets with non-stick foil and spray them lightly with Pam. They do stick if you don't spray the foil.

  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared foil. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. They smell heavenly as they bake!
