When I married many many years ago, everyone at my bridal shower brought a couple family recipes to give to me. This is one of those recipes and I always make it during the holidays. So quick and easy to make and very addicting.

Ingredients For pie crust cookie bites

    refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    apple pie spice

How To Make pie crust cookie bites

  • 1
    Bring the pie crust to room temp. and unroll. Brush the entire surface with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and apple pie spice.

    Using a pizza cutter, cut into 1 1/2" squares, you will have smaller corner pieces. Place on a silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

    Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
