This recipe was found in a cookbook I bought while on vacation in Branson, Mo back in the 90's. This is one of my husband's favorite cookies.

Ingredients For peanut butter cookies

white sugar

eggs, beaten
1 c

peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 c

butter or margarine, melted
3 c

plain flour
2 Tbsp

soda
1 tsp

vanilla

How To Make peanut butter cookies

Cream melted butter and sugar; add peanut butter and beaten eggs. Beat well.

Add vanilla. Sift flour and soda together, blend well. Add to creamed mixture. Roll into balls and press with floured fork.

Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown about 10-12 minutes.
