I find that this is a chocolate chip cookie that is excellent for kids to help. They can help measure and mix. My daughter loves to take a batch of dough and make her own cookies. I just use a ice-cream scoop and it works really good. I have used a 1 tablespoon scoop and a 2 tablespoon scoop and they turn out excellent each and every time..

I bake them at 350f for 8 minutes.....The original baking instructions are Bake at 375f for 8 to 10 minutes or 350f for 10 to 12 minutes. I have done them that way but i don't like the way that they turn out. I find when i bake them at 350f for 8 minutes they are so nice and chewy....
