Orange Oatmeal Cookies

Kim Biegacki

These are a light, chewy and crispy cookie with a hint of orange flavor. A nice twist on the classic recipe.

I was browsing through my mother-in-laws family cookie cookbook when I found it. Anyway, it sounded yummy to me and so I copied it down to make.
I think the cookbook is called Pany Best Cookies. There were so many good recipes in there, I think I will ask to see it again this year.
