My mother always made these at Christmas when I was a kid and for wedding/baby showers. Everyone always loved them! I liked helping her make them because it was so good to snitch a bite or two!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 can(s)
    6 oz. orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    finely chopped nuts, your choice ( i use pecans)
  • 1 pkg
    coconut, flaked sweetened

How to Make Orange Blossom Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Mix with sugar
  2. Add undiluted juice and nuts. Mix well.
  3. Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut.
  4. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
