One day when I was getting ready to make my husband his favorite chocolate chip cookies a girlfriend asked if I could make her some without chocolate chips, since she doesn't like chocolate. I suggested white chocolate chip cookies and she said they aren't vanilla enough for her and they don't stay soft and gooey like a chocolate chip cookie does. So here is is if you ever wanted a gooey non chip cookie.
