This recipe is a little different than the no bake cookies I have seen on here. My older sister got this recipe in her home ec. class in the 1960's.

Ingredients For no bake chocolate cookies

  • 4 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 2 c
    coconut
  • 3 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

How To Make no bake chocolate cookies

  • 1
    Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Stir until incorporated. Add rolled oats, coconut, raisins and nuts. ( You have to be quick about mixing up cookies because they get hard quick.)

    Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Cool

    The amonut of cookies depends on how heaping you make your spoonfuls.
