1Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and sour cream, and mint extract.

2In a small bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, salt, baking soda.

3Incorporate flour mixture into the pudding mixture until well combined. Add in chocolate chips and andes mints.

4Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
