Ingredients

  • 2/3 c
    butter
  • 2 c
    quick oats
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 3/4 pkg
    milk chocolate chips

How to Make MILK CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven to 375F.
    Melt butter in saucepan,remove from heat, Stir in Oats,Sugar,Flour,CornSyrup,Milk,Vanilla & Salt, Stir Well!
  2. Drop by level teaspoon about 3" apart. Spread Thin with rubber spatula. Bake for 6 to 8 min. Cool completely.
  3. Microwave chocolate chip, uncovered for 1 minute, stir.Spread thin layer fo melted chocolate onto one side of on cookie, Top with another cookie. These are sandwich cookies!
