I had asked my grandmother for some cookie recipes awhile back and she very kindly included her oatmeal cookie recipe which I have always loved. I really dislike oatmeal cookies with cinnamon and nutmeg, etc. in them so I was thrilled to get this recipe. It can be tailored to your tastes as far if you prefer nuts or chocolate chips or raisins or whatever!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This was one great cookie recipe. We added coconut and really enjoyed the mix of flavors. The coconut was so unusual. We love how you can customize these to your liking. We've been sneaking "just one" all day! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
