  • 1 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 8 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 large
  • 1 tsp
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate chips

How to Make Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugars until well combined.
  4. Whisk in egg and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add flour and baking soda until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Place cookie dough in greased springform pan. Spread dough evenly, covering bottom of pan.
  8. Place springform pan on sheet pan in case it leaks.
  9. Bake 18 - 22 minutes until cookie is golden brown and edges are set.
  10. Let cool for 30 minutes before removing from pan.
  11. Cut cookie into wedges.
  12. Enjoy!
