  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  Whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder until there are no lumps.

  Add egg white and vanilla. Mix with spatula until well combined.

  Fold in chocolate chips.

  Scoop and place on cookie sheet.

  Bake 14 - 16 minutes. Until shiny and cracked on top.

  Let cool on pan 10 minutes.
