These are my old faithful!! When I don't know what to make for a dessert I will make these. Everyone always loves them!! They are quick and easy. I have made them for years. I will make them different by adding pecans to the top or making the bottom thicker by using more cookie dough. Depends on my mood =)

Ingredients

  • 2
    rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough( i have even used the cookie mix in a bag or box)
  • 2 c
    semi-sweet choclate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 can(s)
    eagle brand milk

How to Make Fabulous Fudge Filled Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a sauce pan combine eagle brand milk, chocolate chip, butter, and vanilla.Cook over low heat stirring well until everything is melted togather. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 15min
  3. Using floured hands press 1 1/2 of the rolls of cookie dough into a 13x9 baking dish. Pour cooled choclate mixture over the cookie dough.Crumble the half of the cookine dough on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 min. allow to cool before cutting.
  5. You can vary this by using different cookie doughs. Adding pecans . Using extra cookie dough and making the bottom layer thicker(thats the way my family likes it)
