I tweaked the classic flourless peanut butter cookie recipe, and added chocolate, since I'm a chocoholic. :)

Ingredients For easiest flourless chocolate peanut butter cookies

  • 1 c
    Peanut Butter (either creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla (optional but makes it taste better)
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder

How To Make easiest flourless chocolate peanut butter cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 F
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients until well mixed.

    Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork dipped in sugar, making criss cross pattern.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until done.
