This is a flourless cookie that just melts in my mouth. It is very rich.

Ingredients For diana's fabb snack cookie

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1
    banana
  • 3 oz
    baking chips, any flavor
  • 1/4 c
    shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp
    walnuts chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    maple syrup

How To Make diana's fabb snack cookie

    Mix smashed banana,sugar and peanut butter in a bowl.

    Add Maple syrup and stir.

    Blend in walnuts, coconut and chips.

    Chill in fridge for 1 hour.

    Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 360 for 10-12 mins.

    Cool for 1/2 hour.
