I just got this wonderful Holiday Cookie Recipe in my mailbox and wanted to share it with Just A Pinch. This is a perfect cookie for the Christmas Season. I love dried cranberries and white chocolate together they are such a good combination in so many recipes and now a wonderful cookie. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

1 1/2 cflour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

1 csugar

1/2 cbutter melted

1egg
-
1/2 tspalmond extract

1 cdried cranberries

1 cwhite chocolate baking chips
How to Make Cranberry & White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven 375 degrees
- Whisk flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt together In a large bowl.
- Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl at medium speed for 2 min or until well blended, beat in egg and almond extract until combined.
- Beat In flour mixture at low speed just until blended. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop cookie dough in tablespoons on greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool on a wire rack.
- Enjoy!
