Ingredients For chocolatey macadamia nut cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 12 oz
    white chocolate
  • 12 oz
    milk chocolate
  • 10 oz
    macadamia nuts, chopped

How To Make chocolatey macadamia nut cookies

    preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. stir in eggs and vanilla.

    In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. stir into the creamed butter mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolates and nuts.

    chill for about an hour in the refrigerator.

    Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls on to a greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. When cool store in an airtight container.
