Ingredients For chocolate peanut butter cookies

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    extra crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 c
    one minute oats
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make chocolate peanut butter cookies

    In a medium sauce pan, add butter, sugar, milk, & cocoa.

    Bring to a rolling boil, and boil for 5 minutes. remove from heat. add vanilla extract

    add peanut butter, & oats & pecans. mix well.

    On parchment paper, spoon out about 2 to 3 table spoons each cookie. working very quickly, cause the mixture will start to get firm.
