This chewy oatmeal cookie, filled with sweet dried cranberries, coconut, and toasted pecans is 'berry nutty' indeed! I love a warm, chewy oatmeal cookie and spent many years trying to find just the right recipe. One day while gathering ingredients from my pantry for a batch of oatmeal cookies, I spied dried cranberries, coconut, and pecans left over from other baking projects and decided to use them up. My daughter named the cookie "Berry Nutty Oatmeal."

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Each bite of these berry nutty oatmeal cookies is a delightful mixture of textures and flavors. Oats are hearty base, while the berries add a fruity punch. The nuts add a rich flavor and satisfying crunch. These chewy oatmeal cookies have bursts of sweet and slightly tart berries and a nutty crunch.
