Praise the Lord and pass the nanners. It's time for smores!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What a delicious twist on a classic s'more. Using mini chocolates makes building the s'more easier and lets you choose what type of chocolate you'd like to use. Adding sliced banana is pure genius. Banana and chocolate are the perfect marriage of flavors. The roasted marshmallow melts into the chocolate and banana for s'more heaven.

How To Make banana smores

Test Kitchen Tips
You may need to cut the bananas into smaller pieces when assembling the s'mores. If the banana slice is too big it breaks the graham cracker and makes it hard to eat.
  • Cutting the bananas.
    1
Cut a banana in half. Then half again, length-wise.
  • Getting out the ingredients for the s'mores.
    2
Lay the rest of your goodies out and have ready to assemble (except marshmallow). We use mini chocolate because there are more choices!
  • Roasting the marshmallow.
    3
Roast your marshmallow. I love 'em good and REALLY toasted.
  • Topping the graham cracker with chocolate pieces.
    4
Assemble by putting 2 mini chocolates on your graham cracker.
  • Putting the marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
    5
    Carefully slide your marshmallow on.
  • Adding banana slices on top of the marshmallow.
    6
    Gently place your bananas on.
  • Topping s'more with graham cracker.
    7
Top it with another cracker. Who said smores can't be healthy!!! Enjoy.
