Quick, easy, and fun to make. Top with your favorite frosting or melted chocolate or powdered sugar. I have even added peppermint extract to the batter! DELISHHHHH!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These brownie bites are easy to prepare and would be a great Valentine's Day activity to do with kids and grandkids. The coffee powder adds an extra rich flavor and brings out the chocolate. We love the cooling and sweet flavor peppermint extract adds to the brownies. Top it off with creamy frosting (a homemade recipe or your favorite store-bought) and sprinkles for a festive treat.
