Don't let all of the steps fool you, this is really easy to make. It's basically layer, layer, and layer! This is a favorite to put into lunch boxes and to serve as an afternoon snack.

Rich and chewy with layers of fudgy goodness, these peanut butter brownies are heavenly. They're easy to make and just melt in your mouth. Snack time never tasted so good.

Ingredients For peanut butter fudgy brownies

  • 1 box
    French vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    melted margarine
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 2 c
    milk chocolate chip
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz can

How To Make peanut butter fudgy brownies

  • Cake mix mixed with margarine in a bowl.

    Mix cake mix with melted margarine.
  • Peanut butter and eggs mixed well with cake mix.

    Add peanut butter and eggs mixing well.
  • One cup of cake mix in a measuring bowl.

    Take 1 cup of cake mixture and set aside.
  • Cake mix batter divided into two bowls.

    Dividing remaining batter in half.
  • Half of cake mix batter pressed into baking dish.

    Press 1/2 of remaining cake mixture into a buttered 8 X 8 glass pan.
  • Chocolate chips melted in a bowl.

    Place chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwaveable safe bowl. Cook for about a minute or until the chocolate has melted. Mix well.
  • Half the chocolate poured over cake mixture.

    Pour 1/2 of chocolate mixture over top of pressed cake mixture.
  • Cake mix pressed over chocolate in baking dish.

    Take the remaining cake mixture and drop small pieces over the chocolate covering as much as you can so you can not see the chocolate.
  • Chocolate poured over dough.

    Pour remaining chocolate over the last layer of dough.
  • Pieces of dough pressed over chocolate.

    Pinch remaining 1 cup of dough into pieces and place on top of chocolate.

    Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
