This thick and creamy milkshake is great for your low-carb or gluten-free diet. I don't even miss ice cream anymore! I make it in my little Magic Bullet smoothie maker. What a neat machine that is. It makes the greatest milkshakes and comes with an attachment to grind nuts and seeds. If you don't have one, you might want to consider getting it because it makes making the milkshakes really easy, and it comes with extra mixing containers that you can mix and serve in, and they fit right in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy! Photos are my own and so are the recipes.
