These sound rich, but using Adam's Peanut Butter gives them the peanut taste, with out all the added sugar.

Ingredients For double peanut butter brownies

  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    unsifted all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 c
    adam's no stir creamy peanut butter

How To Make double peanut butter brownies

    Pre-heat oven to 350. Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in medium mixing bowl. Add eggs; using a whisk or wooden spoon, beat well.

    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread in a greased 9-inch square pan.

    In a small sauce pan, melt the peanut butter over med-low heat, until it becomes liquefied. Pour in 4 lines over brownie mixture, swirl with a butter knife until marbled.

    Bake about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Remove from oven; cool on wire rack.
