I have made this several times. I even took first place at a chocolate event was in the newspaper. I love putting this in an authentic pizza box from a pizza place.

If you need an easy and fun summer dessert, try this brownie pizza. We love brownies and turning them into a pizza is quite tasty. It's a colorful and somewhat light dessert. Everyone at your summertime cookouts will love this guilty pleasure.

Ingredients For banana split brownie pizza

  • 1 pkg
    brownie mix (plus ingredients to make brownies)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2
    banans, sliced
  • 1 c
    strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    nuts, chopped
  • chocolate ice cream topping

How To Make banana split brownie pizza

  • Prepared brownie mix in a bowl.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Brownie batter pressed out into a round pan.

    Cut a circle of parchment paper to fit a 15" round baking stone or round pan. Pour brownie mixture onto parchment paper; spread 14-inch circle. (Do not bake without parchment paper or batter will run off baking stone while baking.)
  • Baking the brownie in the oven.

    Bake 15-18 minutes or until brownie is set. Do not overbake.
  • Cooling the brownie.

    Cool completely.
  • Cream cheese, pineapple, and sugar mixed together.

    Mix cream cheese, pineapple, and sugar until blended.
  • Cream cheese spread over the brownie.

    Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie.
  • Bananas and strawberries sliced.

    Slice bananas and strawberries.
  • Chopped nuts in a measuring cup.

    Chop nuts.
  • Nuts and fruit arranged on the brownie.

    Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Chocolate drizzled over a slice of Banana Split Brownie Pizza.

    Drizzle chocolate topping over pizza. Refrigerate. Cut into 16 wedges.
