milk
3 Tbsp

butter
1 pinch

In medium saucepan, over medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir until it boils.

Reduce heat to medium low and do NOT stir. Time 3 minutes.

Test over your favorite ice cream. It should be stringy, but not hard. Add nuts and whipped topping if you wish.
