Ingredients For uncle steve's microwave fudge

  • 1 box
    powdered sugar (2 cups, sifted)
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 stick
    butter, cut in slices
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    nuts, chopped

How To Make uncle steve's microwave fudge

  • 1
    Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa into a microwavable dish.

    Drop sliced butter over cocoa mixture.
  • 3
    Pour the milk over all.
  • 4
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly.

    Remove from microwave and stir.
  • 6
    Add the vanilla extract (and nuts, optional). Stir.

    Refrigerate for one hour or more. Cut into squares.
