I have been looking for a recipe for this and have never been able to find it, so I experimented around and came up with this one. It is super easy and is great for making sugar free candies. It also costs pennies and can be made in less an five minutes.

How to Make Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

Step-by-Step

  1. Wisk water and dry milk together in a small saucepan or microwave bowl.
  2. Add butter and Splenda.

    Stove method: Cook on the stove on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is warm but not boiling. Stir constantly to avoid scorching.



    Microwave: Heat in 30 second increments on high to avoid scorching. It should take 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla and use it however you wish. It works great in candy recipes.
