  • 6 oz
    can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz) confectioners' sugar
  • 4 c
  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Orange Coconut Bites


  1. In medium bowl, combine sugar, orange juice, butter and water. Stir to blend well.
  2. Stir in 2 cup of the coconut, the graham cracker crumbs and the nuts. Gently stir to mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in the remaining coconut.
  4. Chill for several hours.
