My daughter and I like to make these for showers and special occasions. When we give them for gifts, everybody loves them. They are always the right color and the right amount. Personally, I prefer the white chocolate almond bark.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Impress your family and friends with these easy chocolate truffles. They taste and look fancy, but are very simple to make. They're smooth and bursting with chocolate flavor and a hint of tanginess from the cream cheese. Roll them in your favorite toppings and you've got great treats and gifts everyone will love. They'll be great for Valentine's Day, the holidays, as a hostess gift... they're so good you'll be finding reasons to make them. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

12 Really Simple Eggplant Recipes

Eggplant is very underrated. If eaten raw, it’s bitter. But once it’s baked or fried, eggplant has a mild taste with a creamy texture. It’s the perfect base for a recipe because it takes on the flavor of other ingredients. A great option for a vegetarian dinner, eggplant can be used in many different ways. […]
