I love Biscoff cookies, not to long ago my grocery store started carrying Biscoff spread, it is like peanut butter but taste's just like the cookies. This morning I decided to experiment and make fudge, instead of peanut butter I used the Biscoff. the results were fantastic!!! It taste like graham cracker fudge with a hint of maple.
