Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    marshmallows
  • 9 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    nuts (optional)

How to Make 5 minute fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine butter, milk, salt and sugar in saucepan.Cook over medium heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly until reaches a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Add nuts if desired.
  2. Stir vigorously for 1 minute until it loses its gloss and starts to thicken.
  3. Pout into a greased pan and allow to cool.
