How to Make 5 minute fudge
- Combine butter, milk, salt and sugar in saucepan.Cook over medium heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly until reaches a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Add nuts if desired.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute until it loses its gloss and starts to thicken.
- Pout into a greased pan and allow to cool.
