How to Make 10 Minute Microwave Peanut Brittle
- Generously butter a cookie sheet with butter. Then set aside. NOTE: Word of caution-MICROWAVES LIKE OVENS VARY IN COOKING DEGREES, temperatures AND LEVELS SOME OF YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST THE LEVEL OF YOUR MICROWAVE FOR THIS RECIPE. I HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO ADJUST MY MICROWAVE LEVEL SINCE I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS RECIPE for more than 20 years. MY current MICROWAVE IS A GE ADVANTIUM PROFILE 120, THAT DOUBLES AS A MICROWAVE OR OVEN AND USES 1200 WATTS OF POWER. SO USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT.
