Ingredients

  • 2 c
    whole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
  • 1-1 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    shredded zuchinni
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1/4 c
    applesauce
  • 1/2-1 c
    chopped nuts of choice (optional)

How to Make Zucchini Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & stir well.
  3. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Optional: Frost with cream cheese frosting.
