Ingredients For sweet potato bread

1 3/4 call purpose flour

1 1/2 csugar

1 1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 to1 tspnutmeg, ground

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2eggs
-
1 cmashed sweet potatoes

1/2 ccanola oil
-
1/3 cwater
-
1 tspvanilla sugar
How To Make sweet potato bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large bowl combine flour, , nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

3In a small bowl combine the eggs, sweet potatoes, oil and water. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

4Spoon into a greased and floured 9 by 5 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle vanilla sugar over the loaf.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

6Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
