What I cook my family when the sweet tooth is calling and my pantry echos back! Everyone loves these and they can be altered to hold your favorite fruit.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Cute as a button, these mini peach pies are tasty too. We love peach pie but this recipe takes them to another level. Mascarpone cheese, strawberry jam, and peaches are combined and create the yummiest filling. Since they use crescent dough for the crust, this is perfect for the next time you're wanting a pretty dish in a snap. This is a flaky, fruity, and creamy little pie. Get creative and try different fruit combos.

  • Muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray.
    1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a six muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  • Crescent rolls opened.
    2
    Open the crescent rolls.
  • Crescent roll pieces seperated.
    3
    Separate the individual rolls.
  • Crescent roll dough formed into muffin tin.
    4
Cut to cover the bottom of each muffin holder; doing your best to come up the sides a bit (use 3/4 of the dough for this).
  • Scooping mascarpone cheese into the crescent dough.
    5
Add 1 tablespoon of mascarpone cheese to each tin.
  • Scooping strawberry jam into crescent dough.
    6
Add 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam to each tin (if you don't have strawberry jam, use whatever kind of jam you have!).
  • Chopping the peach.
    7
Chop up the peach (I used a grilled peach because it was leftover from last night's dinner! But a canned peach would be just as good...or substitute with whatever fruit you have on hand).
  • Peaches added to the muffin tin.
    8
    Place into the muffin tin.
  • Crescent dough lattice on top of the pie.
    9
Use the remaining 1/4 of the dough to crisscross the top of each pie.
  • Brushing melted butter on top of the pie.
    10
Put 1/2 tablespoon butter on the top of each pie.
  • Sprinkling the pie with brown sugar.
    11
    Sprinkle with some brown sugar.
  • Peach pies baking in the oven.
    12
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden on top.
  • Peach pies cooling.
    13
Let cool five minutes because the fruit is really hot! Serve with ice cream or whipped cream! Enjoy!
